Shipping & Delivery Policy

Our shipping policy is truly what sets us apart from every other retailer that offers high-end fire tables and pits. 

You'll find that most retailers that sell fire tables and pits offer LTL shipping (curbside delivery) as their standard shipping method. What this means is that their prices are low, but the delivery service will generally reflect that.

On the day of your delivery, you'll need to figure out how to get your new furniture from your curb to its final resting place to enjoy.

We recognize that our customers want low prices AND stellar delivery service. That's why our business model allows for both.

Every Pyre Fire order includes an inexpensive option for what we call Backyard Delivery Service. This means that instead of dropping your new investment onto your curb for you to figure out, we leverage our national network of certified movers to take your new furniture all the way to its planned location after it's delivered to your curb. 

Our customers truly appreciate an option for a higher level of service, especially after seeing how much work it usually requires to transport their fire table or pit to their backyard for immediate enjoyment. It's simply not worth saving a few dollars for cheap curbside delivery and ending up with a headache on delivery day.

For all orders, you have the option to choose between LTL Shipping or our Backyard Delivery Service for just a flat $395 fee. 



Once you place an order with us, you’ll immediately be sent an order confirmation email. We generally ship all in-stock orders from our warehouses within 48hrs of receipt.

Our shipments do require you or someone to be present for delivery. As soon as your order ships, you'll be given a tracking number and our friendly delivery team will contact you 1-2 days before delivery to schedule your delivery appointment.



LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) Delivery is available throughout the contiguous U.S. for all orders. If you select this option, the LTL freight carrier will place your order on your property in the location nearest to the street. The freight carrier will not move the freight beyond your property line and will not proceed up your driveway. If you select this option, you will need to move your new fire furniture from your property line to its final resting place yourself.

Backyard Delivery Service is our custom delivery service available throughout the contiguous U.S. for all orders. Freight shipments are palletized and pretty big! But don’t worry, with Backyard Delivery Service, the initial delivery team will unload the pallet(s) from the truck and a separate local team will then move it to your desired location.

Backyard Delivery Service does not include any unboxing, assembly or removal of packaging or pallets. It also doesn't include entering your household or going through doorways. 

White Glove Delivery is available as an additional charge for any order and for orders over $8,500, it is included FREE of charge. All orders shipped via our White Glove Delivery service include removal of packaging and placement in the space or area of your choosing, including inside your home, if desired.

Please note that White Glove Delivery can take 2-5 days longer than our Backyard Delivery Service.

Damages: In the event there is damage upon delivery, please reject the delivery and send us the documentation along with any photos and we’ll take care of the rest to get you a replacement ASAP. Please email the photos and shipping documentation to 

Make sure to note any damage to boxes or the furniture upon receiving your shipment. Shipping related damage is rare but it does happen, and while we’ll always replace any component or piece that has been damaged in transit, it makes everything so much easier if you’re able to have the delivery agent note the damage on your delivery receipt and make sure they give you a copy.

Remote Locations: Pretty sweet if you’re able to live on an island or on top of a mountain, but that certainly makes shipping large items like fire tables and pits harder and more expensive! In some cases, deliveries to remote locations may incur a delivery surcharge, even for orders in our “free shipping” realm.

Rush Deliveries: Having a party this weekend or an event on the following weekend and need to ensure your order is delivered before then? Just let us know at and we’ll do our best to get your order to you before you need it. Please understand that rush deliveries may incur additional charges.

Deferred Deliveries: Not moving into that new house for a few months, but want to order a fire table or pit to lock in that great sales price? We’re happy to hold your order for up to 60 days, free of charge. Just let us know and we’ll note the updated shipping time on your order. Need it held beyond 60 days? Please inquire with us at

Fulfillment & Transit Time: We strive to get all in-stock orders out within 48hrs, and most of the time, even faster. That said, we are only human and in some cases it may take us a little longer - particularly in peak patio season so please bear with us if your order seems to be taking a little longer than that to fulfill.

Additionally, freight transit times are fairly accurate but do not account for inclement weather, mechanical issues, emergencies and the like. Thanks for your understanding!

Please note that we do not ship to APO's, P.O. Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico. Our shipping policy only applies to the lower 48 States.
