We want you to be happy with your order! If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it within 30 days of your receipt of merchandise if the product you ordered is not made to order (custom).
We do, however, require that you pay to ship the item(s) back to us, and any shipping fees originally paid on your order are non-refundable. Fire tables and pits are costly to ship. So if we covered the cost of shipping to you, you’ll be liable for the return shipping costs and packaging.
Please note that orders already in transit cannot be returned or refunded unless the customer agrees to pay for the return cost of shipping to the address of origin. If you want to cancel an order after it's already left the warehouse, please contact our support team at email@example.com to get a return shipping quote. As soon as the invoice has been paid by the customer, Pyre Fire will arrange the return.
Once we receive your shipment, our returns assessment team will inspect your merchandise to verify the reason for return and issue a credit/refund within 7-10 business days of receipt of product. Please note that a minimum 20% restocking fee will be assessed on all returns.
Here are the exceptions and clarifications:
Products must be returned to us in their original condition and in their original packaging complete with all tags, instructions, and inserts.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on any made to order (customized) products or items that have been used.
In the event your furniture or items are delivered with damage, PLEASE make sure to note any damage and have the delivery team note said damage on your delivery receipt. Items that are damaged in transit are only eligible for returns, exchanges or replacements if they have this documentation.
Products listed as “final sale” or which are discounted beyond 10% of MSRP are not eligible to be cancelled or returned, or exchanged for any reason beyond shipping damage or manufacturing defect.
